Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Returns are not required for most refund requests.
In certain situations, we may request that a product be returned for quality review purposes. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
